I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great with shops right outside, but the first impression wasn't the best due to cleanliness issues. The breakfast on a bank holiday Sunday was cold, and there were some confusion with meal timings. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was close to the places I needed to visit.
